My name is Jamie Hammerbeck, MD and I am a family physician, devoted wife and mother to three boys. I achieved my way out of childhood trauma and became dedicated to my career as a physician. I felt like I created this beautiful life for myself that I was unable to sustain. After five and a half years of full spectrum family practice, I suffered severe burnout, lost my job and almost lost my marriage. Through healing from that, I was afforded the ability to put the cherry on top of healing from my childhood trauma. I am opening a DPC clinic, created two other businesses and I am working on writing my first book.

It was through my own healing experiences that I realized a significant lack of specialization in the world of coaching for professionals who come from a background of childhood trauma. I know that I am not alone and I am dedicated to using my expertise to serve and give back to those professionals working hard to stop the cycle of generational trauma.

I have developed my own approach for healing from generational trauma that I find to be simple, practical and applicable. I also apply my professional coaching skills that I have learned along the way as physician and leader to help you create your dream job.
